We collect information on our site in order to make it possible for you to access all the features on our site and to enhance your overall experience on our site. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve design and layout. The Orchard Project will not collect personal information about you without your knowledge and consent.

If you give us permission, we may use your contact data to send you information about performances, new offerings and special values at The Orchard Project and we may also send third party offers from sources trusted by The Orchard Project to our visitors who have indicated that they would like to receive these types of communications. You may always opt out of receiving future mailings by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link that appears at the conclusion of every email we send to you. We may also provide your contact data and other information you give us to third party renters of our theaters ("Renters").
Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. The Orchard Project may provide such information in the aggregate to third parties without disclosure of personally identifying information. The Association for the Development of Dramatic Arts respects the privacy of all donors. Donor information is maintained in a secured database, and only authorized personnel have access to this information and only for appropriate business purposes. Paper records are stored or shredded securely. The Association for the Development of Dramatic Arts does not rent, sell, share or trade donor contribution information with any other entity. The Association for the Development of Dramatic Arts does publish a listing of donors in the New Victory playbill. We respect any and all donor requests to remain anonymous. The Association for the Development of Dramatic Arts may be legally required to disclose donor contribution information on occasion. The Association for the Development of Dramatic Arts complies with all applicable legal requirements and standards.
The Orchard Project tracks IP (internet protocol) addresses for system administration purposes. IP addresses are logged per user's session and help to determine how often areas on our site are visited. The Orchard Project does not track IP addresses with any of your personal information, so we will never link an IP address to a specific user. We also monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and layout of the site.
Correcting or Updating Personal Information
If the personal information we have gathered from you changes, we will gladly correct, update, or remove any data you have previously provided to us. You may change your personal information at any time by emailing us the correction with "Update Account" in the Subject line. We may retain a copy of the prior version for our records.

When you make a donation to The Orchard Project or purchase tickets, we need to obtain your credit card number, expiration date and billing address information. The Orchard Project uses AES encryption to help ensure that all the personal information you provide is encrypted and remains private. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information. We strive to protect your personal information, however, The Orchard Project cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
